  Reservation
• STEP 2 On the day of your cruise, go to Ticket Window 1. Tell our staff the name under which your booking was made and the scheduled time of your cruise, and the staff will issue your ticket(s). Check the location of the ticket window.
• STEP 3 Go to the boat pier (boarding point). It's time for your cruise to depart! Passengers will be boarded in the order that they are lined up on the pier, so please line up early if you wish to secure a window seat! Access to the pleasure boat pier
